The most common and cost-effective attachment method. TPO sheets are fastened through the insulation into the structural deck with engineered plates and screws along the seam edge.
The membrane is bonded directly to the insulation board with bonding adhesive, eliminating flutter and delivering a clean, tight appearance. Preferred for high-wind zones and visible roofs.
A newer attachment method where specially coated plates are installed under the membrane and magnetically induction-welded through the TPO, creating fastener-based attachment with no seam interruption.
We recommend TPO thickness based on traffic, exposure, and warranty tier requested. Thicker membranes carry longer warranties.

We survey the existing deck, identify wet or deteriorated insulation, and repair structural issues before any new material is installed. Core samples may be taken to confirm the assembly below.
Polyiso insulation is installed in multiple layers with staggered joints to eliminate thermal bridging, bringing the roof to current code R-values. A cover board tops the insulation for puncture resistance.
TPO sheets are rolled out, squared to the building, and attached using the engineered method for the project, whether mechanical, adhered, or induction welded.
Self-propelled robotic welders fuse seams continuously, with hand welders used at penetrations and detail work. Every seam is probed after cooling to verify a complete weld the full width.
Parapets, curbs, pipes, drains, and scuppers are flashed with pre-molded TPO boots and field-fabricated corners welded to the membrane. Termination bars and sealant finish every wall transition.
Before warranty is issued, a manufacturer's technical representative inspects the completed roof. Any punch-list items are corrected, and the total system warranty is registered and delivered to the building owner.
