We work with licensed crews and contractors with deep, hands-on experience in roofing and siding assemblies. Every installation follows documented standards and periodic quality checks, installed to manufacturer specifications and code.
Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager who handles material scheduling, crew coordination, adjuster communication, and final walkthrough. You have one number to call and one person accountable for the outcome — from first inspection to warranty documentation.
Every contract includes a written scope, material specifications, and a project timeline. We photograph conditions before, during, and after installation. Supplemental damage discovered after tear-off is documented and submitted as a written change order before work continues — no verbal surprises.
Roofing projects carry a written 5-year workmanship warranty (longer terms available with system upgrades), in addition to the manufacturer's material warranty — material warranty varies by product tier selected at proposal. Warranty documents are included in your close-out package.

We begin every engagement with a no-cost, no-obligation on-site inspection. Inspectors photograph all conditions, record measurements, and identify storm-related damage separately from wear. You receive a clear summary before any proposal is presented.
Scope Development Aligned to Your Situation
For insurance claims, we build an Xactimate scope formatted to match what your insurance adjuster will review. For retail projects, we produce a detailed line-item estimate covering materials, labor, and warranty terms. Either way, you see exactly what is included and why.
Adjuster Coordination Where Applicable
When your project involves a claim, our project manager attends the inspection with your insurance adjuster, walks the damage on-site, and provides our documentation package so your file is complete. Our compensation is the restoration contract — we do not take a percentage of settlements.
Installation with Property Protection Protocols
Crews arrive on the scheduled date, tarp landscaping and walkways, complete work to manufacturer specification, and run a magnetic sweep for fasteners at the end of each day. Most residential roof replacements complete in one to two days weather permitting.
Final Walkthrough and Warranty Documentation
Before final payment, we conduct a formal walkthrough and close out any punch-list items. Warranty documents — both workmanship and manufacturer — are delivered in your project close-out package. All warranties are registered in your name.
