We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are excluded from every kind of sharing described in this section; see Text Message Privacy below. We share other information only:

• With insurance adjusters and carriers when coordinating your claim at your request (this does not include your mobile number or SMS consent).
• With trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, email, CRM) under confidentiality obligations (this does not include your mobile number or SMS consent for any marketing or promotional use).
• With material suppliers and manufacturers to register warranties in your name (this does not include your mobile number or SMS consent).
• When required by law, subpoena, or legal process.

SMS / Text Messaging

When you give us your mobile number, National Restoration may send you text messages about your project or request: appointment and inspection scheduling, project and job status updates, estimate updates, scheduling of work, and occasional service-related offers. You agree to receive them by signing our SMS Consent Form at an inspection or meeting, by giving recorded verbal consent, or by submitting a form on this website that shows the SMS consent disclosure. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can also give or decline consent, separately for service and marketing texts, on our online SMS opt-in form.

Text Message Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to every other section of this policy, including the sharing described for insurance carriers, suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers: none of those sharing purposes includes your mobile number or text-message consent. Service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf may use your number only to deliver those messages. Phone calls, AI assistants and call recording

• Phone calls with National Restoration may be handled by AI-powered virtual assistants and AI agents, which may use an AI-generated, artificial or prerecorded voice. An AI assistant will identify itself as an AI assistant.
• Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and compliance. By taking part in a call, you agree to that recording.
• This section is separate from our text messaging program and is not required for it. Agreeing to receive text messages is not consent to phone calls, call recording or an AI voice, and agreeing to a phone call is not consent to text messages.
• You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
• Agreeing to AI-assisted or recorded calls is not a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us or by contacting support at 1-833-324-2034 or inquiries@natrestoration.com.

When calls are recorded or handled by an AI assistant, we may keep call audio, transcripts, and summaries of the call. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
