Experienced residential and commercial roofers at all levels, from tear-off crew through production foreman. TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and asphalt shingle experience all valued.
- Steep-slope and low-slope openings
- OSHA fall protection training provided
- Production pay on qualifying projects
Exterior trades for fiber cement, vinyl, metal panel, and engineered wood siding; vinyl and fiberglass window installation; and seamless gutter crews.
- Multi-trade exterior crews welcome
- Own tools preferred, we provide the big stuff
- Year-round pipeline on exterior scope
Residential production, commercial project managers, and superintendents. Manage scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, and client relationships from contract to close-out.
- 3+ years of construction project management
- Xactimate estimating a plus
- Competitive salary with performance bonus
Restoration sales reps, storm damage inspectors, and commercial estimators. Identify damage, prepare scopes, navigate insurance claims, and help clients choose the right scope.
- Base plus commission structure
- Company vehicle for qualifying roles

Claims coordinators, accounting, HR, marketing, and customer service. The office team that keeps field operations running smoothly and client experience polished.
- Construction industry experience a plus
