  • appointment and inspection scheduling;
  • project and job status updates;
  • estimate updates;
  • scheduling of work; and
  • occasional service-related offers.

Service messages are sent as needed for your project. Marketing offers are sent no more than 4 per month.

Calls, texts and AI

  • National Restoration may use automated technology, including AI-powered virtual assistants and AI agents, to contact you by text message and phone, and to answer or return your calls.
  • By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive calls and texts that may use an artificial or prerecorded voice or an AI-generated voice or message.
  • Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and compliance, and you consent to that recording. An AI assistant will identify itself as an AI assistant.
  • You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP, by telling us, or by contacting support at 1-833-324-2034 or inquiries@natrestoration.com.

Opt out, help, and resubscribe

  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will get a confirmation and no further text messages.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
